Alicia Silverstone revived her Clueless character Cher for a new ad.

The 46-year-old actress returned to the role of a fashionista California the girl will be filming a commercial for Rakuten that is set to air during the upcoming 2023 Super Bowl.

The teaser for the video shows the actress – who recently took part in a photo shoot for Compassionate Living magazine – Return to Shericonic yellow plaid skirt and jacket.

During the clip, the character, who enters the classroom with shopping bags aloft, turns and addresses the students in the room, saying, “Don’t worry – your girl is back.”

The ad is set to the sound of the Supergrass hit Alright, which was featured in the 1995 film, and promotes a cash-back scheme for the brand, which Silverstone says Cher would love.

She told People: “Rakuten makes it easy to save while you shop, and working with them to revive Clueless for the Super Bowl made sense given how much Cher loved to shop — she’d definitely get a ton of cash back.”

The full ad is scheduled to air during the Super Bowl on February 12.

Silverstone opened up about one of her most iconic roles in a new video released Tuesday.
