In the background, the search for her ex-husband, an actor, continues Julian Sandswho went missing last month while on a trip to California, her beloved brother Keith Hesketh-Harvey died suddenly yesterday. The cabaret star, the author of texts and pantomime was 65 years old.
“Keith was amazing — smart, original, funny, kind,” says Sands. “The last time I saw him he was busy plotting pilgrim routes through Norfolk; there was always the next adventure, the next joke. He gave and gave and gave.”
His brother-in-law, the Daily Mail’s travel editor Mark Palmer, added: “He was the most brilliant, witty, gentle and talented man I ever knew, much loved by everyone – including King Charles, for whom he spoke .’
Keith Hesketh-Harvey was married to Bond girl Kate Rabet, Hot Gossip dancer and former girlfriend of Prince Andrew

Hesketh-Harvey co-starred with Stephen Fry in The James Bond Story: A Tribute to Ian Fleming at the London Palladium in 2008.
He wrote the screenplay for James Ivory’s 1987 film Maurice, starring Hugh Grant, and was a screenwriter for TV series including The Vicar of Dibley. He also created the two-act cabaret Keith and the Widow with pianist Richard Sisson.
Hesketh-Harvey was married to Kate Rabet, a Bond girl, Hot Gossip dancer and Prince Andrew’s ex-girlfriend, until the former couple’s recent acrimonious divorce. The couple (pictured), who had two children, shared a three-storey vicar’s house in Norfolk for 35 years.

Amelia was crowned the most frugal Windsor

Thrifty Royal Lady Amelia Windsor walks down the street before visiting the Oxfam charity shop wearing a monogrammed Burberry backpack
Tatler magazine once called Lady Amelia Windsor “the most beautiful member of the royal family”, now she claims the title of the most frugal.
The 27-year-old granddaughter of the Duke of Kent was spotted at an Oxfam branch outside the West London flat she shares with her 30-year-old sister Lady Marina.
“You don’t expect to bump into royalty at Oxfam,” observes one fellow shopper, apparently unaware that thrift stores are all the rage right now.
Lady Amelia (left) also seems happy to splash the cash. The Ash Addict sneakers she wore cost £235, her Hunter down jacket £200 and her personalized Burberry backpack with her initials would have cost around £1,000.
She regularly airs conspiracy theories about Virginia Giuffre accusing Prince Andrew, but his eldest daughter has thanked Lady Victoria Hervey for her support. “I saw Princess Beatrice at the Lady Garden Gala and she said, ‘Thank you for all your support for my father and for all the work you do,'” Lady Victoria told me at the launch of the London Regenerative Institute at the Corinthia Hotel. The sister of the Marchioness of Bristol often claims that the photo of Andrew hugging Virginia, then 17, is a fake. This allegation was debunked by the Mail on Sunday last weekend.
