Ralph Fields, a cousin of Las Vegas Raiders player Davante Adams, has been named as the victim of a shooting Tuesday night in East Pala Alta.
The East Pala Alta Police Department responded to reports of the May 17 shootings after 6 p.m. Fields died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital, police said.
Three more people were injured in the shooting. Two of the victims were taken to the fire department on their own before being taken to a nearby hospital.
The fourth victim was not treated, police said.
Police Chief Jeff Liu said 33 shots were fired when two groups were firing near a playground in Jack Farrell Park.
Investigators believe the shooting was targeted, but the motives remain unknown.
Police also said it was unclear whether four targets had been shot.
The arrest has not yet taken place, although police say there are four suspects. Anyone with video or information about the shooting is asked to contact the police.
East Pala Alta police are increasing their presence in the park while the investigation continues.
CHAOS LIKE ARROWS

Hearing the shots, the children begin to run away from the playground, and one child calls “mom.”
It was reported that when parents fled to reunite with their children, one adult reportedly received a bullet.
It is also reported that a youth tournament of the church was held in the park during the shooting.
