Two people were taken to hospital after an apartment building caught fire in Sacramento, authorities said. The fire occurred in a Fourplex format on Carro Drive near Northrop Avenue on Thursday, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department said. A third victim was assisted at the scene of the fire, authorities said. Metro Fire reported that the fire started in the back of the house. Fire brigades managed to put out the flames.
