Aaron Rodgers’ golf handicap called ‘absolute C**P’ by the pros after he was given SEVEN extra strokes at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am because he ‘hasn’t played since July’ … just for the Packers star and win in one hit!

The PGA Tour’s Keith Mitchell announced that Aaron Rodgers’ handicap of 10 is “absolute s**t” after the Packers quarterback won the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in California last weekend.

Rogers, competing alongside Canadian Ben Silverman, won by one stroke over Peter Malnati and Don Colleran. Mitchell and Josh Allen Buffalo Bills quarterback, there were four kicks back at the end.

Rogers is registered with a three-handicap at his home course – Green Bay Country Club – according to Sports Illustratedbut all players were given an incentive to consider the nature of the course.

Mitchell was asked about the standings on Sunday as he and Allen trailed Rogers and bad weather meant their third round could not be completed, prompting fears it could shorten the Pro-Am.

“I think Josh and I won. Aaron Rodgers doesn’t count,” Mitchell said firmly. “His flaw was s**t.

“I didn’t look. I think we were, at 18 we could have been there. But if we finish second behind Aaron, I think we’ll win the trophy.”

Rogers, meanwhile, was ecstatic about his win and said he had never played golf during a football season and that he last picked up a golf club in July.

“It’s really significant. It’s always been on my bucket list,” said Rogers, who has competed in the event nine times.

“I’ve been playing Tahoe for 18 years and I’ve never sniffed higher than eighth place. But I felt good about the partnership this week. Ben is such a great guy. I knew we would have fun.”

Golf seems to have been a welcome distraction for Rodgers as he considers his next step in football.

The Packers failed to make the playoffs after a final-day loss to the Detroit Lions, and Rodgers, 39, said afterward that he considered retiring.

It has since been revealed that the Packers would be open to trading Rodgers if he continues to play.

If Rodgers retires, it will be another major blow to the sport after Tom Brady called it a day last week.
