Arnold Schwarzenegger on Thursday after working out at the famous Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, got in a seemingly daily bike ride.

The 75-year-old actor was in good spirits as he was seen getting on his bike for a solo ride around Venice.

The Terminator star came out after his last one Reddit AMAs, where he talked about how his daily routine helps him…even when he’s feeling like a “d****.”

Ex California The governor was seen wearing a blue puffer jacket with a patch for his USC school, the Schwarzenegger Institute for Public and Global Policy.

He wore a gray t-shirt under his coat and black sunglasses with orange lenses to go out.

He completed his look with black trousers and black sneakers with white soles for a sunny bike ride.

Just a few days earlier, Schwarzenegger took part in the latest of his many Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, where he fielded questions from fans.

One Redditor named RainSunSnow asked the actor, “What do you do to stay positive and keep striving for a better future?”

Arnold replied, “I just keep going every day. Some days even I feel like f*****, but if I show up and go about my routine, that usually snaps me out of it.”

“All life is a routine. Success is not magic, it comes every day. Helping others always makes me optimistic,” he added.

The action icon also reached out to a Redditor named emotionaI_cabbage, who said Arnold was one of the few celebrities who is a “huge inspiration.”

“This is the goal. No one is perfect, you will never have perfect characters. But I can be what Reg Park was to me, to all of you,” he said of his bodybuilding mentor.

“And then you better believe that I expect you all to be an inspiration to someone else and so and so, ad infinitum. There is too much negativity around. We can beat it if we really want to,” Schwarzenegger explained.
