Brad Pitt officially says goodbye to his Los Feliz, California connection after nearly three decades of ownership and renovation.

The 59-year-old actor recently sold it $39 million, a far cry from the $1.7 million he shelled out when he bought it home from horror icon Elvira back in 1994, according to TMZ.

The property was originally listed for $45 million in January, but it’s unclear what caused the price to drop.

Pitt is known to have lived in the house with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie and their six children before they split in 2016, but he’s also occupied it on his own for years.

The Fight Club actor is said to be moving from Los Angeles to a $40 million home in the small beach town of Carmel in Northern California.

This comes just before the April 1 start date of Los Angeles’ new “homestead tax,” which is reportedly the cause of a recent spike in the number of leaders fleeing the affluent neighborhood.

Sources claim that each guesthouse was made up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
