Garrett Bale shows off his incredible golfing ability at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am by nearly flying off the CART PATH … while Bills QB Josh Allen gets off to a great start in his group
Gareth Bale impressed with his golf prowess during the opening Pebble Beach Pro-Am at California.
Faced with a shot from the cart path, Bale extended his wedge to try and gently plant the ball near the cup.
Instead, he hit the ball off the edge of the pavement – the ball flew over most of the rough
Fortunately for the former Wales international, the ball was on the collar and then rolled gently to take a short shot.
Meanwhile, fellow athlete and NFL quarterback Josh Allen started his day with a great ride with his group playing at the nearby Spyglass Hill course.

Bale hit the ball off the edge, sending the ball over the rough and onto the green
Allen surprised NFL fans by coming to the eventjust days after announcing he would miss the Pro Bowl Games.
The defenseman said he will sit out the festivities in Las Vegas because of an elbow injury.
Bale is simple recently announced his retirement from professional football, just months after leading Wales to their first World Cup since 1958.
Bale took part in another professional event last week just before the start of the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines in San Diego.
His game received praise from Spanish golfer John Ram – who said it “doesn’t seem fair” that Bale is “so good at football and golf”.
Allen surprised many NFL fans by forgoing the Pro Bowl to play in the tournament
