Heather Rae Young, who also goes by the married name of El Moussa, does not stop there after the birth of the first child Tarek El Moussa just seven weeks ago.
On Sunday, the new mom was seen heading to a hot yoga class outside her Newport Beach home, Californiaand then headed back to her parked car.
The Selling Sunset star kept it casual and sporty in the fashion department, wearing a gray tracksuit over brown underwear with a sports bra.
She also donned fluffy black slippers, stylish dark sunglasses and pulled her long blonde tresses away from her face into a loose ponytail.
The former Playboy model appeared to be busy on her phone as she left the Yoga facility.

Eventually, she returned to her parked Tesla with the child aboard, got in, and drove away, seemingly returning home to her young son, Tristan.
By the time she returned home, the Anaheim, Calif., native’s husband posted a photo of her nursing their baby boy, and she appeared to be in for a kiss.
“Sunday atmosphere,” read the caption of the picture, which ended up on his wife’s Instagram Stories.
Young is also stepmother to her husband’s two children: daughter Taylor, 12, and son Brayden, seven, from his first marriage to Christina Haak.
There’s also a flattering shot of Young sitting on a couch wearing a green wardrobe in a promo for their home decor brand, Home By Them, which just launched in recent days.
In a social media post, her husband mentioned that the venture was a “dream come true” that they had “worked on for years.”
Specializing in home wellness products such as candles and diffusers, Home By Them has already built a strong social media presence on Instagram with nearly 18,000 followers in just a few days.
In their first Instagram post, the pair can be seen working side-by-side in the kitchen, writing in the caption that they’ve spent hours talking about “creating a home line that combines luxury and affordability” since they started dating.

After the launch on March 24th, they shared an update and revealed that the @homebythem site was down due to heavy traffic and that their DMs and inboxes were flooded with messages from customers who had already purchased.
“This is such a dream come true for us and THANK YOU for your support!! Makes all the time, energy and hard work we put into making this worth it,” they wrote in the caption.

The duo, Tarek and Heather, are also the focus of HGTV’s new reality series, The El Moussa Coup, which premiered on the network in early March.
The real estate agent with The Oppenheim Group gave birth to her son on January 31 and has since continued to share several images of the newborn on her social media.
She described February as “a month of love, mommy adjustments, working days at home, the ups and downs of breastfeeding, the best newborn snuggles, sleepless nights and lots and lots of family time.”

New venture: On March 20, the couple announced the launch date of their home decor brand, Home By Them, on Instagram.
