Proud parents LeBron and Savannah James were seen beaming at their eldest son Brony’s graduation on Thursday, where the 18-year-old’s girlfriend was mysteriously absent after days of racist online abuse.

Broni has become the target of fanatics on social media after photos emerged from his prom showing future USC basketball player along with her white date, 19-year-old Peyton Gelfuza.

Despite the vile attacks, Broney ignored his critics on Thursday as he walked on stage in Chatsworth, California to get my degree.

LeBron and Savannah couldn’t hide their excitement. After the defeat of the Lakers in the season finale Denver Nuggets on Tuesday, LeBron was seen smiling from ear to ear as he hugged Brony and his other son, Bryce. Meanwhile, Savannah, LeBron’s high school sweetheart, was spotted doting on Brony, adjusting his dress and belt.

Senior James commemorated the occasion on Instagram, telling Broni to “keep flying high”.

LeBron’s mom Gloria posted a photo of Bronie looking excited and pointing at the camera with the caption, “Congratulations Grandson!!!! You always made me proud of you. Seeing you graduate tonight made me even more proud.

“I wish you happiness and success in the next chapter of your adult life.

“Keep spreading your wings and soar to new heights. I love you very much, Grandma.”

The Team James family’s Instagram account also posted two videos of Brony at the ceremony.

He beamed as he walked across the school’s football field and smiled as he took the stage during the ceremony.

The big moment came just days after he dressed for prom before playing college basketball next season.

The NBA icon’s eldest son looked dapper in a black suit for his high school prom in California in photos shared by his mum Savannah James on Instagram.

The 6-foot-3 guard donned a custom black Chrome Hearts suit and Dior pumps for the occasion.

The jacket featured a custom Chrome Hearts design on the front, back and cuffs with a white design on the outer seam of the pants. Broni decided to go shirtless under a designer jacket.

Broni showed up to the event with his rumored girlfriend, 19-year-old Peyton Gelfuza, who dazzled in a strapless black satin dress.

According to reports, Gelfuza, who wore long blonde tresses in loose curls down her back, previously attended Sierra Canyon High School.

Bronnie left his mum “lost” as she proudly took to Instagram to share photos of her son posing outside the family home, even in front of a black Porsche.

Savannah, who also has son Bryce, 15, and daughter Juri, 8, with LeBron, 38, captioned the post “Prom 2023” with a black heart emoji on either side.

According to her Instagram bio, Gelfuza appears to split her time between Los Angeles and Dallas while attending Southern Methodist University (SMU), where she is a member of Tri Delta sorority.

Bronnie also attended a Gelfooz prom last year, but this year faced vile racist abuse for taking a white girl to his high school prom after sharing pictures of the happy couple.

Some people online weren’t happy with his decision to take a “light-skinned” man to the prom, and social media was soon flooded with many nasty comments about the couple.

“No longer a light skinned woman,” one person wrote, while another added: “Very much on the bright side, LeBron has more kids. Maybe they will be better.”

“This girl is whiter than a white belly,” said someone else.

A fourth tweet read: “Should have had a black queen like his father,” with an angry face emoji.

“Lost another black king to a money hungry white girl,” wrote another Twitter user. “Bron should do better SMH.”

Someone else called her a “gold digger,” quoting Kanye West’s Gold Digger, while others simply shared GIFs and memes showing their frustration with the date choice.

A member of Sierra Canyon High’s Class of 2023, Bronney has already committed to play basketball at USC next year, where he is projected to be one of the top freshmen in the country.

The younger James was listed by 24/7sports.com as a five-star recruit, the fourth-best prospect in California, the fifth-best combo guard and the nation’s 21st-best prospect.

Broney has scholarship offers from USC, Memphis and Ohio State, while drawing interest from Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina and Oregon.

LeBron has previously stated his intention to play alongside his son in the NBA, but made headlines this week as he hinted at retirement after the Lakers lost in the playoffs.
