During a mission trip to Bangkok, four members of a youth group of Korean Christian girls discover that their venerable pastor hid a camera in a hotel bathroom. Samantha is personally injured that the pastor did this to her. Ken-Hwa believes that everyone should have lower expectations of men. Jen is worried about how this could affect her college admissions. And Mimi, as usual, for blood. Their shared anger and frustration are fueled by increasingly fierce fantasies about revenge among the sexual meccas of sex tourism in Bangkok. Man of God – this is a funny feminist thriller about the moment when girls realize that a man’s gaze is watching all the time – and decide that they will definitely do something about it.
