Don’t worry dear director Olivia Wilde looking refreshed after an intense workout at the Tracy Anderson Method Studio in Studio City, California on Wednesday morning.

After the ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis‘a recent interview about their friendly co-parenting relationship during their messy breakup, the 38-year-old mother of two flashed a big smile as she walked back to her car in a cropped black hoodie and matching leggings.

She styled her sporty ensemble with a pair of black trainers, bright red socks and a pair of big shoes.

The House star wore her light brown hair in a high ponytail and carried a blue refillable water bottle to ensure she stayed hydrated.

After the gym, Wilde, who does a lot of cardio during the week to keep her figure toned, looked make-up free and red-cheeked.

Her latest outing comes after Sudeikis opened up about co-parenting their two children following the end of their nine-year relationship in late 2020.

When asked if his eight-year-old son Otis or six-year-old daughter Daisy have any idea how hard he works as a successful actor in Hollywood.

“I don’t know if they know how hard, they know how often,” he said ETbefore naming your ex-partner.

Star Ted Lasso continued, “They know [co-creators] Brendan and Joe are really good and so they see how much we hang out and laugh and enjoy each other’s company that we each get to find a job where you have so much fun with it and if that’s the case, me and Olivia , provide them, then I’m happy about it.”

He went on to point out that he doesn’t want any of his children to feel pressured to work in the entertainment industry.

“It’s not necessary in this business, but when they find — Daisy wants to be about 10 different things,” Sudeikis joked.

The “Horrible Bosses” actor noted that his kids “like” and “watch” his popular Apple TV+ series.

“They know all these guys. They know these guys and girls as real people, not just their heroes. it’s nice. This is one big happy family, – raved Sudeikis.

He believes that fatherhood has allowed him to act as a father, and he doesn’t believe he would have been able to do it “effectively” until he became a father.

“I don’t think I’m a good enough actor to do that kind of illusion without having that kind of love that comes into your life when you have kids,” he said.

In January, a source told ET that the former couple are “getting along better now” after her split from Harry Styles and are “parenting their kids well.”

“Olivia has focused all her energy on her children and family since her breakup with Harry, and now that they’re separated, it’s easier for Jason and Olivia to get along,” the insider added.

They continued: “Jason has been trying to support Olivia and be a good parent during this transition. Things between Jason and Olivia are cordial and going well.’

“Things are on track between Olivia and Jason, and she’s doing her best to be healthy with him. Now she is in no rush to meet anyone again.”

The source added that Olivia is “still very hurt” by her split from Harry, but the singer is “not too broken” by their split.

Styles, whose appearance in Don’t Worry Darling was at the center of dramatic rumors ahead of the film’s release, split from Wilde in November after a nearly two-year romance.
