Rod Stewart tells Bill Meher that he and the Queen have something in common
Bill Meher on Friday night was one of his best guests “Real Time” … Rod Stewartand the sitting time is insane.
Rod began his world tour Friday night performing at Caesars Palace in Vegas, but there he was on the Bill stage in Los Angeles hours before his performance.
Rod is one of the coolest cats in the music business, and it was at the full show with BM. He said he never wanted to be late for his concerts … unusual for rock stars.
He also said he did The Queen there is something in common, and it must be said that he is not mistaken.
A couple of weird things. Did you know that Rod wrote “Maggie May”, “Tonight’s The Night”, “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?” “Hot Feet” and “You Wear It Well.”
Also, his concert in Vegas lasts 1 1/2 hours, and Rod usually lasts more than 2 hours, but that’s Caesar’s rule. And Bill mentioned something shocking … when The Beatles performed, it only lasted 25 minutes.
Watch the interview … Rod is super charming.
