Tesla is reimbursing travel expenses for employees seeking abortion outside the state by joining the ranks of major companies that have introduced similar policies in favor of workers affected by new restrictions in recent months.

The company said in its 2021 « Impact report “Announced on Friday that it had expanded its Safety Net program and health insurance offerings last year to include travel and accommodation support for those who may need to seek medical services not available in their home state.”
