The boyfriend of a “faithful” mother-of-two has been photographed for the first time since he was accused of shooting her dead in front of their two children. 27-year-old Frances Kendra Lucero (pictured right) is believed to have been shot and killed by her partner Romier Narag (pictured left), 27, in front of their three- and four-year-old children on March 6 in Daly City, California.

Investigators say Frances was shot by Naragh with a 9mm handgun as she ran toward their home around 7:30 p.m. Family photos seen by DailyMail.com show the couple smiling with their two young children at their wedding in August 2021. According to the Daily City Police Department, Francis was shot four times and Narag was arrested a short time later.

He is charged with murder, child endangerment, possession of a concealed firearm in a motor vehicle and concealed loaded weapon. Narag is currently behind bars at Maguire Correctional Institution and will appear in court on March 16 in connection with the incident.

Their two children are in the custody of the victim’s family and are being evaluated by social workers. It is not yet clear what the row between the pair was about, with social media postings of them posing with their two young children.

In tribute to Frances, her sister wrote: “To my best friend. I never imagined that I would be typing something like this for you. You were my best friend, my second mom, my platonic soul mate. I will love you and miss you forever. I would just like to hug you one more time. Get another conversation with you. I will forever be blessed to be able to call myself Frances Kendra’s little sister. Kuya, dad, me and mom will be fine. You rest now. I pray you don’t hurt anymore. I pray you are at peace. My guardian angel. I love you so much.” A fundraiser for the mother-of-two has surpassed its $30,000 goal and reached $37,500 – with the proceeds going towards her funeral.

A family member wrote on the GoFundMe page: “Frances dedicated her life to her children and always spread the love she had to share. She was the most genuine, thoughtful, loyal and ambitious woman we were all blessed to know. Frances was the kind of friend who helped you celebrate the good times and provided nothing but support during the hard times.’

They continued: “She was a beautiful mother, daughter, sister and friend who touched countless lives of those around her. She, unfortunately, leaves behind her mother, father, younger brother, younger sister and two of her children.”
