Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and you might be looking for the most romantic restaurant for the evening.

OpenTable has compiled a list containing “America’s 100 Most Romantic Restaurants” just in time for the upcoming holiday.

It features a steakhouse in New York and an oceanfront restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii, according to a listing released Jan. 30.

For those in California, the state has been recognized for its presence 13 most romantic places in the country. Some of these restaurants are known for their ocean views, dim lighting, cozy chairs, and multi-course meals.

Some eateries have made the list since last year, including C-Level in San Diego; Pacific Coast Grill in Cardiff-by-the-Sea; and Musso and Frank Grill in Los Angeles.

But they all share high reviews for romance.

To find the most romantic places in the country, OpenTable looked at diner reviews and ranked them based on “overall diner rating, user authority, total number of reviews, and overall regional rating.”

From this, restaurants were rated based on the percentage of reviews that “romantic” was “selected as a special feature.”
