44-year-old mother of two children – who divorced actor Corey Hardrict last year – headed home after a morning workout in skin-tight brown leggings.

The Twitches actress wore a black tank top to reveal her arms California sun and added a black Prada belt bag on her chest.

She completed her look with a pair of large gold hoop earrings, several bracelets and black sunglasses.

Her hair was tied in a messy bun on the top of her head, and she had no makeup on her face.

The founder of Spice By Tia Mowry had her hands full as she carried a bottle of water, keys and phone.

She complemented her sporty image in the gym with bright sneakers on her feet.

Tia recently attended the 16th Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards on March 9 in Los Angeles.

The star was joined at the event by her twin sister Tamera Mowry, 44, as they supported the night’s honorees.

Both sisters wore pink as they posed for individual and joint photos.

Tia wore a baby pink check jacket with a cutout at the top of the thigh and a small opening at the back.

She kept it buttoned up in the front which showed off her fantastic figure. The length of the dress also showed off her miles of legs.

The beauty braided her hair in small braids on her back and chose smoky eye makeup.

Beside her, Tamera wore a hot pink floral dress with thin shoulder straps and a layered skirt.

It featured a sweetheart neckline and a waist belt to show off her figure.

She put her hair in a curly bun on the top of her head and did a simple make-up.

Last November, Tia shared the moment she “woke up” to the fact that her marriage needed to end.

In October, she filed for divorce from American Sniper actor Corey after 14 years of marriage.

During the stop at the village today show, she shared that she “knew” she and Corey were over “when I really started focusing on my happiness.”

Mowry said: “I feel like as women, we tend to focus on everyone else’s happiness, making sure everyone else is OK – that means our kids, our friends, our family.”

She continued: “But at the end of the day, it’s about self-love. And when you start really working on yourself, loving yourself, knowing your value, knowing your worth, then suddenly this awakening happens.”

The “Family Reunion” actress shared that “it’s not easy, it’s a hard road, but in the end I feel like it’s so worth it.”

Life events also reminded her to seize the day, especially when two members of her family died nearby, starting with her grandmother.

Tia’s twin sister, Tamera, then lost her 18-year-old niece Alaina Housley in a mass shooting at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California.

Before her marriage ended, Tia said: “I was so sad. And I knew that life is short. I actually lost my grandmother. We lost Elena Housley. And both at the same time.”

Tia thought, “I had an ‘aha’ moment where I said, ‘You know what? We need to tune in, see what’s really going on with your happiness. Life is short. Let’s go. Let’s get to work on you and really focus on what really, really matters, which is, at the end of the day, your peace, your joy, and your happiness.”

He and Cory got married in 2008 and have two children – an eleven-year-old son, Cree, and a four-year-old daughter, Cairo.
