On Wednesday afternoon, Valeria Bertinelli will pamper herself with a trip to the nail salon.

The 62-year-old actress was spotted leaving Josephine’s nail boutique in Studio City, California after getting her nails done.

The outing comes just weeks after she opened up about being “brutally bullied” for the sound her pants made.

Bertinelli stepped out wearing a dark blue hoodie with white ties and oversized dark sunglasses.

She carried a large light brown purse along with her car keys as she walked down the stairs to her vehicle.

She completed her look with a pair of black sneakers as she made her way down the stairs to her car.

The outing comes just weeks after she took to her Instagram story to open up about dealing with emotional wounds.

“I’m giggling because I had a little hidden bruise that activated today. You can probably hear them because my pants are rubbing against each other and it’s making that sound,” she said in her video as she walked down the street.

“I stopped wearing them because I was… bullied mercilessly, you know, ‘I’m too lazy to do anything about it.’ They wouldn’t rub against each other if you…” she continued.

The “Hot in Cleveland” star, who revealed she lost 10 pounds thanks to a dry January, explained that “hidden bruises are the things that emotionally, verbally, mentally abuse you.”

She did not name the person who taunted her or show fans what the pants look like, although there is speculation that she was taunted by her ex-husband Tom Vitale, who she was married to for 11 years before they split in 2022.

“People don’t see them, but we have to deal with them every day when they are activated. I’m very grateful that the work I’m doing on my recovery is working,” she admitted excitedly.

The Kids’ Baking Championship star admitted the taunts she received made her “put those pants away for good” after she tried to change the way she walked in them to eliminate the sound they made.

And now it’s all behind her and she can wear the infamous pants again.

“Hear that sound? For me, it’s the sound of freedom,” she smiled.

And then the “Touched by an Angel” star shared an inspirational message, letting fans know they’re all part of her tribe. “Now I’m embarrassed to post it because there are so many people who will say, ‘God, let it go. Go on.”

“It’s called moving on,” she continued. “It’s called treatment.

“And to all of you who can identify with that and feel seen, welcome. I’m just another part of your tribe,” she concluded.

“These jeans I’m wearing were so tight a few months ago that I couldn’t zip them up comfortably,” the Food Network star revealed. “Now they’re so loose it’s time for me to downsize.”

“I want to calm the cortisol in my body that has been raging for the last five or six years,” she said.

“I was in fight, flight, freeze, fallow mode. And I want to rest and digest, she said. “I think giving up alcohol will help me do that,” she added.
