Employees of the Federal Security Service responded in the area of Magnolia and Talbert regarding an adult woman who made inappropriate comments to several minors.
Later it turned out that the female also inappropriately grabbed two juveniles.
All of these minors had just finished their day at the local school.
FSPD officers detained and later arrested Anisa Lopez (27) of Anaheim on charges of terroristic threats, sexual assault and child abuse.
Great teamwork by the FSPD officers and detectives, as well as the many citizens who called to report suspicious activity.
