Hailey Bieber spoke on stage during The Wall Street Journal Live Conference at Montage Laguna Beach on Monday at California.

The 25-year-old model looked chic in a black crew-neck dress, which she teamed with knee-high leather boots while discussing YouTube series Who’s in My Bathroom? and skin care brand Rhode.

She explained that she wanted the show to be reached by her fans through a video sharing site rather than a streamer or broadcast network so she could have “control”.

Appearing with the show’s director, Michael D. Ratner, she said: “I wanted to do it on YouTube because I wanted to be able to control the content.

“I think sometimes when there are too many people involved and too many voices telling you that you have to do this or we want you to do it this way, it starts to feel like you don’t own it, and I really wanted to own it.”

Hailey added that she is selling her skin care line online just to stay close to the business before moving to brick-and-mortar stores.

That same day, her husband Justin Bieber was photographed arriving at the Laguna Beach Golf Club with his bodyguard.

Earlier this year, Hayley won the right to name her skin care company Rhode.

The influencer won after being sued by a clothing company also called Rhode for trademark infringement. TMZ informed.

The founders of the eight-year-old business, which was founded in New York but is based in Los Angeles, argued that having two companies with the same name would confuse the public.

A spokesperson for RHODE told DailyMail.com: “Our legal process is ongoing. [The] The court order is simply a judge’s decision not to bar Hailey Bieber’s skin care line from using our brand during the trial, delaying the decision until we have a chance to gather more evidence.

“It is extremely rare for a judge to grant the preliminary injunction that we requested, so we expected this outcome. We are still confident that we will prevail in court. “Rhode” is our name and brand, we created it, and federal and state laws protect it. We’re asking Haley to achieve her goals without using the brand name we’ve spent the last nine years building.”

Celebrities such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Tracee Ellis Ross, Khloe Kardashian, Buzzy Phillips, Jamie Chung, Whitney Port, Zoe Deutch and many more have worn their designs. The company recently launched a homewares collection on its shoprhode.com website.

The biggest concern seemed to be that while Hailey was currently focusing on skincare, she also filed for Rhode’s clothing trademark.

Hayley and her team argued in court that they were focused solely on skin care, not clothing, thus avoiding confusion.

A federal judge agreed and denied the clothing company’s request for a preliminary injunction to prevent the cover model from using the name.

On June 15, Rhode Skin was launched, which was described as affordable and cruelty-free.

On Friday, the entrepreneur posted a documentary on YouTube about the creation of the company.

The film was used as evidence in the case after the clothing designers wanted it shelved.

In behind-the-scenes footage, the influencer explained, “I always knew I wanted to build a brand around the Rod name and create this Rod world.”

“Rod is my middle name, it’s my mom’s middle name. To me, it always sounded like it flowed so beautifully.”
