An Italian model and actress is among the four women charged Harvey Weinstein sexual assault victim at a trial in Los Angeles told of the moment he allegedly raped her while struggling to maintain an erection.

Weinstein, 70, faces 11 counts of rape and sexual assault involving eight women in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles region between 2004 and 2013.

On Tuesday, one of his accusers, identified as a foreign actress with the alias Jane Doe 1, said he sexually assaulted her in a hotel room in 2013, forcing her to perform oral sex because he was having trouble maintaining an erection.

This is the latest testimony against Weinstein since the DailyMail.com report California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, came forward Monday to describe the moment she was allegedly assaulted by the Hollywood mogul.

In testimony Tuesday, Jane Doe told the court she felt helpless and treated like an “object” when Weinstein showed up in her hotel room during the Los Angeles Italia Film Festival during Oscar weekend.

“I was in a panic of fear,” the foreign actress declared in court. “I was kind of hysterical through the tears.”

The foreign actress testified that Harvey Weinstein (pictured in court on Monday) raped her in a hotel bathroom in 2013 while she was attending the Los Angeles Italia Film Festival.

Picking up her testimony Monday about the moment Weinstein allegedly broke into her hotel room, Jane Doe said she was physically afraid of the Hollywood mogul.

The actress, who said she weighed just 150 pounds at the time, said she was a rape victim in the past and feared being beaten if she did not comply with Weinstein’s demands for sex.

When Weinstein allegedly had trouble getting an erection, Jane Doe said he dragged her into the bathroom, where he masturbated in front of a mirror, touching her and demanding she look at her reflection.

“I wanted to die,” she said. “It was disgusting. It was offensive, miserable. I didn’t fight.

“I remember him looking in the mirror and telling me to look at him. I wish this would never happen to me.”

She claimed Weinstein told her, “Come on girl, say you like it.” You like it.’

The actress said that she was left crying in the hotel room because Weinstein ordered her not to talk about what happened to anyone.

“I understood that he was an influential person, so I better not talk,” because it could be bad for me, she said.

Jane Doe said she began drinking heavily after the incident and shared the details with only one person before the trial.

The actress noted that she saw Weinstein again at the Italia film festival in Los Angeles in 2017 with her daughter Maria.

“He was looking at me. He looked at Maria. I saw his eyes… I remembered his eyes,” she testified. “It was like I was reliving the situation over and over again.”

Although the encounter ended without incident, Jane Doe said she continues to feel guilt and shame over the alleged assault.

The new testimony comes after the court heard on Monday from Sybell Newsom and her allegations against Weinstein.

As on Monday (above), Weinstein, 70, was wheeled into the courtroom. He faces 11 counts of raping and sexually assaulting eight women in the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles area between 2004 and 2013.

Jennifer Ziebel Newsom, the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom, claims he sexually assaulted her during a business meeting, telling her to “relax, it’ll make her feel better.”

She claims he assaulted her in 2005 when she was a “powerless actress trying to break into Hollywood.”

The two reportedly met at the Toronto International Film Festival and Weinstein invited her to “discuss her career” with him at the Peninsula Hotel.

Deputy DA Paul Thompson told the court that Weinstein spoke to her briefly before going into the bathroom and calling her out wearing a single robe.

He went on to say Weinstein asked her to “touch him” but she refused, before he referred to a “list of A-list actresses” whose careers he “supposedly made”.

The court heard his voice went from “pleading to aggressive and demanding” as he forced her onto the bed, leaving her “shaking” before “violently raping her”.

She claims she felt she had “no choice” but to keep in touch with Weinstein, talking via e-mail and meeting in public.

Sibel Newsom met her husband Gavin Newsom a year after the attack, but did not tell him about it, and Weinstein donated money to Newsom.

Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year prison sentence for sex crimes in New York, and a jury is set to hear gruesome details about the “ownership” he held over women because of his high-profile position.

Addressing jurors, Thompson said several other women described being “dragged” into the bathroom and bedroom before Weinstein attacked them.

They also claim they felt powerless because he was a “big guy”, with one saying: “He’s big”. It is wide. He is overweight. He is powerful.”

Thompson added: “They were afraid he might ruin their careers if they told what he had done to him.”

Other accusers reportedly begged him to stop, with one even telling him “please, I have children” as he attacked her.

The jury was also told that Weinstein’s films launched the careers of Quentin Tarantino, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Gwyneth Paltrow, and held sway with “presidential contenders” – such as Hillary Clinton.

One woman reported an assault by Weinstein to New York police in 2015, but seven other women did not report the rapes until after the scandal broke in 2017.

However, all of the women had told “friends or family” about the attacks by 2017, and most of the victims were able to describe “unique things about his body”.

Thompson said: “I am referring to the result of the operation that the defendant had in 1999. This surgery caused quite noticeable scarring and you will see the pictures.

“Due to an infection, his testicles were taken from his scrotum and placed on his inner thighs.

“None of Jane will be able to describe his anatomy perfectly, but most of them will be able to describe these abnormalities they observed during the attacks.”

His attorney is scheduled to make his opening statement Monday afternoon, and that is expected to be followed by testimony from the first of his accusers, an Italian model and actor who says Weinstein raped her at a Los Angeles hotel in 2013.

However, there was confusion in the courtroom when Thompson, during his opening statement, did not mention any of the accusers, who were due to testify as recently as last week.

Weinstein was indicted on 11 counts, but four of those counts — including two counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault — involved a woman who was not included in the discovery.

Several women have alleged that Weinstein isolated them in the bathroom, and the movie mogul has maintained that all interactions with the women were consensual.

His lawyer will make his opening statement on Monday afternoon, after which the first of the accusers is expected to testify.

One victim claims Weinstein groped her and put his hand up her skirt before a member of his team offered her tickets.

She reported the incident to the police and got Weinstein to confess to the incident during a recorded phone conversation with the New York police, which led to his arrest.

The actress told Weinstein she was “upset” by his behavior before he replied: “I would never do anything to you.” Five minutes. Don’t spoil your friendship with me for even five minutes.

“If you don’t trust me, there’s no reason for us to do anything, and you’ll miss out on great opportunities.”
