Jessica Alba shows off her toned figure in a hot pink crop top as she headlines the MAKERS 2022 conference

Jessica Alba flaunted her impressive figure as she stepped out at the MAKERS 2022 conference in Dana Point on Monday. California.

The 41-year-old actress and businesswoman dazzled on the red carpet in a sizzling hot pink crop top that exposed her abs.

She was among the headliners at the event — along with actress Constance Wu and showrunner Sierra Teller Arnelas — which celebrates women’s fight for equality both in and out of the workplace.

Jessica looked younger than her age in a bright button-up top that showed off part of her tanned tummy.

The look featured long sleeves and she teamed the top with high-waisted pink pants that reached the floor and nearly swallowed her shoes.

She contrasted the bright outfit with a pair of dark brown open-toed mules.

Her hair, darker than the usual shade of brunette, was parted and fell in shiny waves over her shoulders.

Women’s Issues: Jessica was among the headliners — along with actress Constance Wu and show host Sierra Teller Arnelas — at a conference dedicated to women’s struggles for equality in and outside the workplace.

Contrast: She wore matching pink pants and dark brown open-toe mules. Her dark hair was slicked back, revealing gold and diamond earrings.

Jessica completed her look with gorgeous diamond studded gold hoop earrings.

The actress was a logical choice to speak at the MAKERS conference, as she is not only a film and television star, but also a successful businesswoman.

In 2011, she branched out to found The Honest Company, which sells a variety of home and baby products.

By 2014, the company was valued at $1 billion — though it’s now valued at about $550 million — and Alba continued to work with it, serving as its chief creative officer.

During her appearance, she spoke on stage with Yahoo CEO Jim Lanzon.

After the conference, Jessica had some fun with her family when she took her lookalike older daughter to one of Harry Styles’ residency concerts at the Kia Forum in Inglewood.

Jessica was bathed in red light in a selfie she took with businesswoman Galit Laibow.

Jessica’s husband Cash Warren, 43, was seemingly absent from the show, as were her other children, Haven, 11, and Hayes, four.

The actress and her husband-to-be met and bonded on the set of her superhero film Fantastic Four in 2004 when he was on the set.

Cash is the 76-year-old son of UCLA basketball star turned successful actor Michael Warren, who starred as Officer Bobby Hill in Hill Street Blues.
