SAN DIEGO (CUSI) – The 2022 midterm elections are underway and Election Day is fast approaching. In the build-up, Gov. Gavin Newsom and Sen. Brian Dale faced off in the only gubernatorial debate scheduled for California lawmakers this election season.

Both sides discussed their thoughts on climate change, the economy and the upcoming presidential election in 2024.

KUSI’s Lauren Feeney is joined by Senator Brian Dahle to discuss the debate and the upcoming election.
