I’m big on TikTok – I won’t talk to my family because they’re not famous and I don’t care what people think
A MAN who made it big on TikTok has revealed how he refuses to talk to his family because they are not famous.
Lartz, 23, cut all ties with his loved ones after amassing more than 400,000 followers and chatting with celebrities.
He has blocked his nine siblings from social media and refuses to communicate with them – unless they dramatically increase their followers.
The desperate influencer first made a name for himself in 2020 when he shared a vile video of himself licking a toilet as part of a TikTok challenge.
The 23-year-old also joined the a surprising trend licking ice cream cubes in supermarkets and putting them back in the freezer.
A few days later, Lartz ended up in the hospital after contracting Covid while trying to gain influence online through silly behavior.
He even managed to attract the attention of Piers Morgan – who reprimanded the wannabe and told him it was “karma” for his dark antics.
The Californian influencer decided to distance himself from his family in pursuit of fame on social media.
Lartz told Australian radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O that he dumped them “so long ago” and it was “embarrassing” that people thought he was still talking to his relatives.
But he consoles himself by talking to his ‘A’ friends instead – claiming he regularly talks to rapper Cardi B.
The TikToker told the duo: “I’m talking to Cardi B via Instagram DM. We met on Twitter in 2015 and have been chatting freely ever since.
“I’m just more famous than everyone else, and I’m not going to talk to people who aren’t unless they have the same number of followers as I do.”
Larz has been sharing a series of swaggering snaps on his social media account – posing with supercars, enjoying luxury holidays and even hugging global superstar Billie Eilish.
He revealed that he blocked his five brothers and four sisters from all his social media channels due to their lack of followers.
Lartz said his parents were too busy with “divorce and fighting and being ridiculous” to care that he had broken away from the pack.
When Jackie O warned he would “regret” his stance in the future, the 23-year-old told her he had “his own rules”.
“It goes in one ear and out the other,” he added.
A stunned Kyle chimed in: “I like his honesty – you can’t knock a guy for being honest!”
Lartz previously sparked controversy with his bold comments during an appearance on Dr. Phil in 2020.
He appeared on the show after having an unsanitary lick with another influencer, Bemeran Kahl, while defending his viral videos.
The influencer told the talk show host, “I don’t talk to my family.
“They are inappropriate. None of them have any followers. If they got followers or got rich, I’d probably talk to them again.”
He went on to boast that he has made “a lot of money” from paid sponsorship deals thanks to his popular social media accounts.
