Dean became a fan favorite back in 2017, even though he didn’t win Rachel Lindsay’s heart.

When he and Catelynn — a hottie in her own right — first got together, fans were excited to see where it took them.

On Tuesday, October 25 episode of Help! I suck at dating– Dean shared the news.

By the time anyone hears the episode, he announced, the offer will be in.

“I wasn’t going to share that little tidbit today,” Dean teased, “but you guys got it out of me.”

Dean confessed as well.

He originally purchased a 4.5-carat diamond and emerald ring. His plan was to use this to propose to Kaelin.

But he admitted that in reality lost ring.

Dean suggested anyway, he clarified, using a placeholder. It’s amazing.

“I just have no idea where it is,” Dean joked, as if that was different than losing.

He then added, “I guess it’s somewhere in the house.” Well, it’s either indoors or outdoors. Or in a quantum state.

We mentioned that people really love Dean and Kaelyn, and it’s true.

But things weren’t always perfect for these two beauties.

They met on the set Bachelor in Paradise in 2019. They fell in love with each other. And then Dean broke things off… on Kaelin’s birthday. But a few days later he returned and asked Kaelin to leave with him.

Since then, the two Bachelor franchise alumni have continued to thrive.

At first, Dean didn’t see marriage in their future together. Kaelin did. This is a huge hurdle to overcome. But it is clear that they are.

And they managed to win over fans on social media by documenting their love story as they traveled in Dean’s van. That van, by the way, was one of the reasons Dean thought Kaelin deserved better. But now this is only part of their story.

Until early 2020, Dean wore a band around his ring finger. At the time, he explained that he was showing his extreme devotion to Caelynn.

He always told Kaelyn that she should propose. And for a while they considered marriage a delicate subject.

At one point, Dean joked that he would buy Kaelyn a ring if she bought him a truck. A few months later, she visited a car dealership. Take it, girl.
