Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker Buy Conan O’Brien’s Beach House

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker has a new place to call home…and it just happens to be the beach house Conan O’Brien listed earlier this month.

The keys to Conan’s former home in Carpinteria are now in the hands of Kourtney and Travis … as we reported, the comedian received an offer for the spot a couple of weeks ago – turns out there were a couple of rockin’ guys behind the sale.

We’re told they bought the lot – which was listed for $16.5 million – for $14.5 million, so yeah…they got a good deal!

For those who don’t know, Conan has been looking for a buyer since July … the 2,142-square-foot property is just steps from the sand, and he originally bought it in 2015 for $7.9 million.

The house has panoramic views of the ocean, the Channel Islands and the coast. There is also a spacious deck to enjoy the Pacific sunsets.

For lifers … there’s an outdoor shower and storage space for surfboards and paddleboards … essential for beach life.

For those of you not in SoCal, Carpinteria is just south of Santa Barbara … which is obviously a sentimental place for Kourtney and Travis because they got engaged there.
